We're looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to be the analytical engine for our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will be instrumental in building a predictable revenue engine by tightening the loop between marketing activities, sales outcomes, and leadership decisions. You’ll build a single source of truth across GTM tools and paid platforms, own attribution and tracking, and turn clean data into weekly decisions that improve pipeline quality, conversion, and forecast accuracy. You’ll own the testing roadmap, instrument rigorously (UTMs, events, forms, routing), and quantify lift on CAC, payback, qualified pipeline, and channel efficiency, then roll out winners.
