Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head large-scale luxury hotel projects from concept to completion. The role will drive end-to-end project execution including planning, design coordination, MEP integration, budgeting, procurement, construction oversight, and stakeholder management — ensuring delivery within timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete lifecycle management of luxury hotel developments
Drive feasibility, master planning, design & MEP coordination
Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement & vendor negotiations
Oversee construction execution, quality, safety & regulatory compliance
Collaborate with architects, consultants, hospitality brands & leadership teams
Ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives
Looking for incumbents having experience in hospitality / real estate project management.
