Job Description:

As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, you are a trusted technical contributor who helps lead the design and delivery of complex features and systems within a domain. Deep expertise allows you to set direction for the team, mentor others through code reviews, pairing, and project leadership, and influence both team processes and technical outcomes. You promote engineering excellence and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our technical decisions align with product and business goals.

This position is based in our Heredia, Costa Rica office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work on-site a minimum of one day per week. 100% remote is not available.
