Industrial Engineering leader will oversee design, develop and execute and standardize projects for the improvement of operation strategies and processes through lean manufacturing tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs through the lean sigma culture.
- Coordinate and supervise activities related to manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise Engineering toolroom and technicians.
- Tooling and fixturing administration and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Engineering bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years’ experience on an engineering department.
- Knowledge on Autocad/Solid/Creo CAD systems.
