Job description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Financial Oversight:
1. Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day
transactions and reports.
2. Prepare detailed financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets,
for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement systems for better financial reporting and analysis to
support decision-making.
Audit & Internal Controls:
1. Lead internal and external audits to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to
industry standards.
2. Proactively identify financial risks and implement controls to strengthen
governance.
3. Prepare for investor-driven audits and financial due diligence during funding
rounds.
4. Collaborate with auditors, providing all necessary documentation and insights for
smooth and timely audits.
