As a Field Service Technician, you maintain and repair Multi‑Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues.
  • Perform on‑site service of MFPs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales.
  • Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets.
  • Responsible for learning new technologies.
  • 5 % – Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers.
  • 95 % – break‑fix and customer support.
