Senior Field Service Supervisor

Overview

The Senior Field Service Supervisor will lead a team of field service engineers to advise strategies and drive business to achieve revenue and margin growth. They will manage customer service accounts, maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise the strategy to drive contract, retrofit and Spot opportunities within the existing contract base to achieve defined revenue and margin goals for the team and district.
  • Enhance the quality of services provided to customers, liaise with customers to understand their needs, and plan, organize and lead team engineers to ensure efficient services.
