Sr. Facility Supervisor

YOUR TASKS

  • 负责厂务设备档案的建立，设备的管理和优化。
  • 负责和管理厂务设施维护和保养（包含：电力系统/中央空调系统/空压机系统/消防设施等），确保各系统正常运作；
  • 负责和管理厂房建设/维修/二次改造装修等，熟悉各项法律/法规对这些作业的流程规范要求：如消防设施规范标准；
  • 负责和管理厂务设备故障排除和维修，及时处理紧急抢修工作，确保生产的正常进行；
  • 管理、协调、监督施工项目，保证质量、安全及可靠性。
