Sr. Facade BIM Modeler

Role Description The Sr. Facade BIM Modeler is a full-time remote role responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality façade BIM models and related construction documentation. Day-to-day work includes developing detailed 3D models for building envelopes, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural requirements, and integrating façade elements within overall project BIM standards. The role involves reviewing design inputs, resolving façade-related clashes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to maintain accurate and consistent models. The Sr. Facade BIM Modeler will also support the setup of BIM workflows for façade systems, create and manage model families/blocks, contribute to quality checks, and provide guidance to junior modelers on best practices.
