Executive and Administrative Support

  • Manage the President's calendar, meetings, travel, and communication flow.
  • Prepare and organize executive documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
  • Represent the President in internal meetings when delegated and provide concise debriefs.

Contract and Client Management

  • Prepare, review, monitor, and update new and existing client contracts, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and submitted or renewed on time.
  • Maintain a central database or dashboard for all client agreements with alerts for renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract alignment with company policies and revenue goals.
