In this position, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end customer care support in a manufacturing environment, managing order fulfilment, customer coordination, and artwork development, and packaging compliance while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the main point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end order processing, delivery coordinator and documentation in the ERP systems
Liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams (Sales, Planning, Production, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Warehouse) for the development and approval of artwork.
Handle customer enquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
