Sr Ethics & Compliance Analyst

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Sr Ethics & Compliance Analyst will serve a vital role on Republic’s Ethics & Compliance team by using data analysis, creativity, and resourcefulness to further Ethics & Compliance Program initiatives. The incumbent will report into the Sr. Manager, Ethics & Compliance and will serve as the go-to person for all questions related to Ethics & Compliance data, analysis and actionable insights. The Sr Ethics & Compliance Analyst organizes data in the database, extracts data and develops reports/visualizations for regular reporting purposes and responds to ad hoc questions. The incumbent also assists in building requirements for data and report requests. The Sr. Analyst applies their understanding of the Ethics & Compliance Program and data to evaluate information needs, and recommends and develops appropriate solutions (metrics, analyses, data collection, tool functionality, etc.).
