Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a licensed engineer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an ESH in a manufacturing/electronics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner or Consultant.
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer.
  • Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Key Job Functions

  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NEA). This includes managing environmental permits (air, water, waste) and acting as the site liaison for regulatory agencies.
