Job Accountabilities


Co-ordinate management of change process. Shall review, prepare and monitor management of plant change process. Shall envisage/propose benefits are validate in due course of time after implementation of changes. Updating all relevant As-built documents with close out report.

Conducting PHA, PSSR & SSSR. MIS reporting with 100% regulatory compliance.


Job Accountabilities


1. Management of Change Process:


  1. Coordinate for receipt of all Management of Plant changes for providing numbering of each management of plant change.
  2. Proposals review w.r.t design specifications, codes & standards
  3. Preparing draft P&IDs.
  4. Conducting HAZOP & PSSR with multi-disciplinary team
  5. Monitoring & tracking of temporary & emergency MOCs
  6. Updating the MOC register
