Sr. Engineer

Job Description:

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience packaging power electronic components. PhD is preferred.

· A proven track record of designing and fabricating advanced high-power electronic modules and converter packaging

· A proven track record of designing the electric motor

· Manufacturing experience related to power module and converter assembly

· Exceptional ANSYS, OPENFOAM, SolidWorks CAD skills and mechanical design tools. Create and manage SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, and assemblies

· Proficiency in static/dynamic structural, modal, and thermal analysis using hand calculations as well as FEA software.

· Solid understanding of heat transfer and thermodynamics. Familiarity with high-temperature packaging
