PRIMARY PURPOSE:Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for Molex Shanghai and Kunshan to:-Ensure full compliance with customer requirements to support business growth.-Meet the latest international and industry standards required for third party certifications.-Enhance internal QMS effectiveness and efficiency through systematic improvement.-Drive quality management digitalization, including the application of Power BI, Power Apps, SAP, OPC, and AI technologies.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms, in alignment with the latest ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA, ISO 13485 standards, and customer-specific requirements. -Plan and conduct regular internal QMS audits, process audits, and product audits; follow up on CAPA, drive continuous improvement, pass third party audits, and maintain all related certifications.-Understand customer requirements, perform...
