Purpose:Product Family Project Management (start, planning, implement, monitor, close) To lead company product family concerned resource distribution.Well understand NPI procedure and works with the project team to follow NPI procedure.Responsibilities:1. Lead project team to development product family to meet marketing requirement Strive to achieve or exceed objectives set for Research and Development Department 2. Plan product family project schedule and deployed task to team member. Create & maintain clearly defined roles, deliverables & timelines for project team members3.
