Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Design

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience packaging power electronic components. PhD is preferred.
• A proven track record of designing and fabricating advanced high‑power electronic modules and converter packaging.
• A proven track record of designing the electric motor.
• Manufacturing experience related to power module and converter assembly.
• Exceptional ANSYS, OPENFOAM, and SolidWorks CAD skills and mechanical design tools. Create and manage SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, and assemblies.
• Proficiency in static/dynamic structural, modal, and thermal analysis using hand calculations as well as FEA software.
• Solid understanding of heat transfer and thermodynamics. Familiarity with high‑temperature packaging.
