Overview

This is a newly created role within the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Solutions. TS&ES is a complex organization with global scope over both operational and innovation activities. This role will report to the ICC AMS, Manager-HR and will provide operations support and fulfill SuccessFactors system requests in accordance with the established global governance process.

The objective of this role support including activates related to:

Configuration & Security

  • Application configuration design and execution in SF Employee centralRBP setup and workflow configurations.Reorganizations, acquisitions, divestituresBreak/Fix, CR, CCB & Special Project supportPerformance management, learning, succession planningAnnual process configuration updates (salary plans, performance goals, PDR forms, etc.)Configuration, security workbook and Separation of Duties documentation maintenance
