What You Will Do

  • 1.Join customer specification review for special project
  • 2.Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed
  • 3.Complete formal FC and submit BOM,training related parties on process instruction (PI)
  • 4.Establish and maintain standard operation procedure &defect analyse systems (DAS).
  • 5.Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA
  • 6.Evaluate PCR/ECR raised by others from ME view, or raise PCR/ECR
  • 7.Stabilize and continual improve process capability
  • 8.Process failure analysis & trouble shooting
  • 9.Lead to conduct new product trial run per trail run plan
  • 10.Lead to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action
  • 11.Lead process improvement activities and Join with Lean project&6-Sigma project
