Main Purpose:

Sr Engineer CTS would be supporting Operations & Maintenance, Production and Workover teams by delivering technical excellence, driving asset reliability, and providing data-driven analysis for continuous performance improvement of the Coal Bed Methane (CBM) field and associated facilities.

Job Accountabilities :

• Conduct performance monitoring and diagnostic studies for CBM wells, surface facilities, and gathering stations.
• Analyze real-time and historical data to identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support failure investigations (RCAs) and implement corrective & preventive measures (CAPA).
• Develop and update KPIs for equipment reliability, well uptime, and system efficiency.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly field performance dashboards and initiate alerts for deviations.
