Position at loanDepot Position Summary:Responsible for providing Tier 3 support for the user experience, configuration, and lifecycle of loanDepot endpoints, including Windows OS, Mac OS, SCCM, Intune, MS ATP, Microsoft 365, application packaging, Endpoint modernization, and security.Responsibilities:

Leads the design, implementation, and management of endpoint solutions, including workstation updates, mobile device security policies, and application-based Group Policies, ensuring stability and compliance across the organization.

Serves as the subject matter expert for SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Citrix, driving configuration, reporting, and integration efforts to optimize system performance and security. Oversee the deployment of security patches and updates to all devices, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
