Job Title: Sr Electrical Project Manager
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid
Responsibilities
+ Manage very large projects with 10 years of practical experience as an electrical contracting Foreman and/or Project Manager in a commercial/industrial environment.
+ Effectively lead and coordinate the project team from inception to completion in accordance with the job contract.
+ Perform estimation on smaller jobs and prepare change orders by verifying contract modifications, collaborating with estimators and foremen.
+ Conduct meetings with estimators and jobsite foremen to review wiring methods, schedules, man hours, equipment, and materials.
+ Ensure submittals are approved by engineers and communicated to relevant parties.
+ Develop weekly goals and milestones for foremen; document and track labor costs.
