Airswift is searching for a Sr. Drilling Design Engineer Location: Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday Airswift is seeking an experienced Sr. Drilling Design Engineer to join a leading operator in the oil & gas industry. This role will be responsible for developing detailed well drilling programs, optimizing well designs, managing technical risks, and supporting the successful execution of complex drilling projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate detailed drilling programs based on engineering requirements and operational needs. Lead well design and construction activities for conventional, unconventional, HPHT, and technically complex wells. Evaluate casing designs, hydraulics, torque & drag, and drilling performance parameters. Analyze well trajectories, collision risks, drilling objectives, and operational constraints.
