Sr. Director, Software Engineering

Pismo seeks an accomplished Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead Pismo's product solutions within Visa Acceptance Solutions. This role oversees a cross-functional engineering team responsible for end-to-end product delivery, spanning app frontends to cloud and hybrid cloud backends. The Senior Director acts as a servant leader, driving team performance, fostering growth, and ensuring the scalable evolution of the Acceptance Devices offering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for highly scalable, distributed systems. Ensure solutions align with Visa’s business objectives and meet standards for quality, uptime, usability, scalability, reliability, and security.
