Objective Drive sustainable eCommerce category growth by optimizing the customer navigation experience, managing digital assets, and coordinating with the Kiosks channel to ensure consistent omnichannel execution aligned with Walmart's business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the commercial strategy for digital channels. Drive growth in sales, traffic, conversion, average ticket, and profitability. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Growth teams. Leverage customer insights to develop promotional and personalization strategies.
