Summary

Implement organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for business strategies, functional or operational areas, and regional processes or programs. Responsible for managing and developing a team, setting direction, deploying resources across different projects, and participating in organization-wide initiatives. Manage the delivery of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded, maintaining tight control over delivery, risks, scope, and budget. Ensure operational teams and subcontractors fully understand client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing day to day support and guidance.
