Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support DFT flows for all company business units.
• Architect RTL‑centric, shift‑left DFT environments across IPs, chiplets, and SoCs.
• Create automated verification benches, static design checks, formal and sequence‑based verification.
• Build IP/block and SoC‑level scan insertion flows, script ATPG retargeting, and implement QoR checks.
• Write timing constraints, issue waivers, and design robust timing‑check flows.
• Hire, train, and lead DFT engineers to meet the company roadmap.
