Sr Developer It

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide in-depth knowledge in the research, planning, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of high quality
software that meets business requirements. Define standards for team deliverables and processes.
- Solve complex problems; act as escalation point for IS team members. Take a new perspective on existing solutions to troubleshoot and support all deployed software.
- Identify and resolve complex issues with sustainable solutions. Provide advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions.
Resolve issues and errors and improve performance and security as needed in a timely manner.
- Assess the impact of specific business process. Identify and design systems/architecture/processes that enhance the business'
value. Translate the interrelationship of systems, and prioritization of issues based on impact to business and department.
