Sr. Developer (Dynamics 365)

This position is to provide expert IT technical lead services in a large scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation. This involves the direction, evaluation, selection, configuration, implementation, and integration of Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft Co-pilot and Power Platform.

Core Responsibilities:

This position is for a senior developer to advanced level technical support for a large complex Dynamics 365 implementation that works across business groups. This will not only be for handling Dynamics 365 and Power platform design and development, but it will also help lead Vanguard into building agentic experiences to better serve our clients. This will involve developing with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform. This position requires strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and foster a Secure DevOps culture across teams.
