Sr. Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our high‑impact Engineering organization in Mexicali, responsible for designing and validating complex, safety‑critical components in aviation such as nacelles, thrust reversers, inlets, engine build‑up systems and fan cowls for commercial and business jets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of complex technical problems by performing root cause analysis, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective engineering solutions.
• Review and validate engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, design requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
• Manage medium‑scale engineering projects, coordinating activities, priorities, schedules, resources, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
