Responsibilities:
- Support for Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), MySQL, and Oracle Database administration and daily operations
- Perform regular database backups, restorations, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard our critical data
- Monitor database performance, identify and address issues, and implement optimisation strategies
- Develop and maintain database-related scripts, stored procedures, and queries to automate routine tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective database solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on database-related matters
