Job Duties: Identify and segment developer personas based on behavioral data from website activity, API usage, and documentation interactions. Develop clustering models to understand developer needs and friction points across different integration paths. Map the end-to-end developer journey to uncover key friction points. Build data-driven frameworks to measure developer engagement and success across different touchpoints (e.g., docs, sandbox, API logs). Collaborate with UX and DevEx teams to drive improvements based on insights. Build a Centralized Experimentation Hub to measure multi-variate experiments for DevEx initiatives.
