What You'll Bring to the Table Must-Have Skills: 7–9 years of experience in data engineering with cloud platforms. Proven ability to lead workstreams or small teams in cloud-based data projects. Experience in presales activities (RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing, SOW creation). Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills to manage risks and escalations. Industry exposure in at least one vertical such as Telco, Banking, or FSI. Certified Cloud Data Engineer / Architect Associate (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Nice-to-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake. Familiarity with AWS Glue, Kafka, EMR, PySpark, and DBT. Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (lakehouse, streaming, batch). Ability to contribute to cloud modernization and migration projects.
