About the role

• Create end‑to‑end visibility into our operations: Build, refine, and own the core metrics that define operational excellence across production, fulfillment, logistics, and last‑mile delivery. Develop dashboards and reporting that help teams quickly identify bottlenecks, quality risks, and cost drivers. Success will be measured by adoption of these tools across Ops teams.
