The Sr Customer Supply Representative is the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high levels of supply assurance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
The role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships while supporting sales growth through reliable order fulfillment and proactive communication.
What You Will Do
Act as the main contact for customers regarding orders, forecasts, shipments, billing issues, and complaints.
Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Monitor order status and proactively provide customers with timely updates on supply, delivery, and potential issues.
Coordinate demand and supply alignment by working closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
Support forecast accuracy by identifying gaps and engaging customers to improve order coverage.
