Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interfaces with the customers, Corporate QA and FA on all customer complaints/RMA to drive 8D process.
Performs Visual and Test Correlation between II-VI and customer.
Maintains customer metrics (Dppm, FA TAT) and drive improvement programs/projects within the factory.
Interfaces with Corporate QA and FA on all customer complaints/RMA to drive 8D process and preventive action.
Implementation and ensure non-recurrence of quality issues.
Systematically ensures the validation of effectiveness on all corrective actions/preventive actions defined in 8D for customer complaints.
Performs Risk assessment analysis on key customer quality issues to prevent field returns and major business impact.
Performs Visual and Test Correlation between II-VI and customer.
Conducts periodic Quality data analysis to identify key focus pareto and drive improvement programs/projects.
