Cost Control Manager
Position Purpose
The Cost Control Manager is responsible for overseeing, validating, and monitoring the cost performance of the Project, ensuring that approved budgets, forecasts, commitments, change orders, and cost reports are properly managed by the Project Teams, Consultants, and Contractors. The role provides independent cost assurance to the Client and supports informed decision-making through accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project cost control procedures, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and cash flows against approved baselines.
- Review and validate contractors’ and consultants’ cost reports, forecasts, and cost control processes.
