Sr. Coordinator- Assessment QA

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Director CIQA to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc. to measure student s learning outcomes effectively
• Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all assessment tools.
• Assist Director to design, develop and implement new assessment tools of Internal Assessments (IA) & Term End Exams (TEE)
• Monitor assessments align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills.
• Collect and analyse data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
• Generate reports on assessment results and provide feedback to faculty and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
