Title: Sr. Controls Engineer Position Summary: This position is responsible for designing, developing, programming of controls and automation systems for power generation, utility, and microgrid applications. The role involves integrating Electrical systems and industrial communication systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation of diesel generators, and distributed energy assets. Key Accountabilities:
  • Be the architect for control system platforms
  • Leverage global knowledge base to support R&D developments and customized deployments
  • Design interfaces between various proprietary hardware (ECU’s, Gen control panels, PLC’s, HMI’s)
  • Develop special customer applications with MTU controls system
  • Design controls system for R&D programs
  • Interface electrical and mechanical applications and systems with the MTU controls system
