What you will do
Based on the long-term plan of product development, establish, and develop Air Cooled Chiller product development technical team, and constantly improve the technical ability. Work with the Engineering Manager to set the annual work goals and supervise the implementation. Assist Air Cooled product management department to make Air Cooled product development plan and roadmap and implement them.
How you will do it
Organize the Department to carry out Air Cooled product development and innovation according to the requirements of JCI process, coordinate the progress and resources of Air-Cooled product development projects, and timely introduce and develop new products to meet the market needs.
Lead or participate in global Air-Cooled product development and improvement projects and activities, coordinate project schedule and resources.
