Responsible for improving the productivity, efficiency and flow of manufacturing processes by eliminating waste.


Your role:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, controls, and production flows to improve efficiency, safety, and cost management.
  • Analyze production data, engineering specs, and schedules to define effective systems integrating people, materials, machines, and energy.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring proper staffing, capabilities, adherence to business processes, and CAPEX accountability.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting CAPA, CIPs, sourcing decisions, make‑or‑buy analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
