**Overview**

Leads the contributions of the Account Team and the One Services team, drive both Unified Business and Industry Solution Delivery. Leads the Services account planning contribution with the wider Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions account team. Owns and maintains in agreement with the core account team. Leverages insight from sales account-delivery team to ensure awareness of status of projects in delivery. Drives and leverages for agreement with the core account team. Proactively builds and maintains up-to-date knowledge of customer. Leverages Microsoft Consulting go-to-market scenarios to drive intentional customer conversations about Microsoft Cloud adoption.
