Sr. Construction Cost Estimator

A mission-driven construction and development organization is seeking a Sr. Construction Cost Estimator in Southern California, offering the opportunity to support large-scale multifamily and affordable housing projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that takes a true “cradle-to-grave” approach to construction, staying involved from initial site identification through post-occupancy while playing a key role in pre-construction, estimating, cost modeling, and project success.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Construction Cost Estimator position include:

Minimum of 2 years of Sr. Estimator or Chief Estimator experience, 5 years of multifamily or affordable housing construction experience, and 5 years of cost estimating experience.

Experience estimating multifamily and affordable housing projects, including Type III/V and Type I podium construction.
