• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management – Mandatory
  
• Master’s degree in Commercial Management / Construction Law – Preferred
  
• Strong cost control & commercial experience may substitute for postgraduate studies
  

Required Courses / Certifications

• PMP – Advantage
  
• FIDIC Training (practical experience is more important than certification) –Advantage
