advanced direct customer support in the Cloud (AWS and/or Azure),responsibility for solving customers cases through contact channels like Support Portal or direct call,maintaining the clients environments to ensure its capacity and availability,participate in Cloud-based projects which includes managing services, infrastructure architecture, migration or security improvement,proactively improve operational aspects (optimization, automation, monitoring),collaborate with the rest of the team on all shared cases,strive to learn and experiment with new solutions.Minimum competencies and qualifications:
