What you'll be doing

As a Senior Client Service Representative on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will use your expertise in financial services products and customer service to help clients manage their day‑to‑day banking needs. You will take the lead in answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members. Your role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
