Job Description

Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Client Application & Package Management consultant to ensure that end user client application packages are current, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Tasks include:

  • Services focus on managing, maintaining, and retiring packaged applications (SaaS, desktop, plugins, and custom apps) while working closely with the client's Package Management and End User Computing teams
  • Act as a technical liaison between business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure a stable, compliant, and positive user experience
  • Own and maintain a portfolio of client application packages (e.g., financial data platforms, audit tools, plugins, and productivity applications), ensuring versions are current and supported
  • Coordinate with the client's Package Management team to publish new versions, validate deployments, and retire obsolete packages.
