Job Description
The Sr. Process Engineer will be responsible for leading process development, optimization, and technological improvements for Thermal Interface Material (TIM) products used in electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. This role ensures stable, efficient, and safe manufacturing processes while supporting scale‑up, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product introduction.
Key responsibilities.
+ Establish, monitor, and control SPC for all in-process parameters to ensure process consistency and compliance.
+ Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
+ Conduct and oversee laboratory testing of plating baths, chemical solutions, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
