A leading defense technology company specializing in high-power directed energy laser systems is seeking a Senior Buyer to join its Supply Chain team in Longmont, CO. This individual will play a key role in supporting the procurement and strategic sourcing of highly technical materials, including optics, custom-manufactured components, and complex assemblies used in next-generation defense systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating and executing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries and supplier performance, maintaining procurement data within the company's ERP system, and partnering with engineering and program teams to develop sourcing strategies and supplier development plans.
